DuyNam AI là ứng dụng hỗ trợ kỹ thuật do Công ty TNHH Thương mại và Dịch vụ M&E Duy Nam ("chúng tôi") phát hành cho kỹ thuật viên (KTV) sửa chữa, bảo trì trụ sạc và cho chuyên gia kỹ thuật của chúng tôi. Tài khoản do chúng tôi cấp; ứng dụng không cho tự đăng ký. Chính sách này nói rõ ứng dụng thu thập dữ liệu gì, dùng vào việc gì, chia sẻ cho ai và quyền của bạn.

1. Dữ liệu chúng tôi thu thập

Chúng tôi không thu thập vị trí, danh bạ, mã quảng cáo; không hiển thị quảng cáo; không theo dõi bạn trên ứng dụng hay trang web của bên khác; không bán dữ liệu.

Bạn có thể tắt từng quyền trong Cài đặt của điện thoại; tính năng tương ứng sẽ ngừng hoạt động.

Câu trả lời trong DuyNam AI được sinh bởi AI dựa trên kho hướng dẫn kỹ thuật của chúng tôi và có thể sai — hãy luôn tuân thủ quy trình an toàn điện. Để làm được việc đó, một phần dữ liệu được gửi cho các nhà cung cấp dịch vụ dưới đây, chỉ để thực hiện đúng việc được nêu:

Các nhà cung cấp này xử lý dữ liệu theo hợp đồng dịch vụ với chúng tôi và chính sách của họ. Dữ liệu được chuyển ra nước ngoài (Mỹ) cho mục đích trên. Thông báo câu trả lời mới và phiếu hỗ trợ chỉ báo có việc mới, không chứa nội dung câu hỏi hay câu trả lời. Riêng thông báo cuộc gọi đến (qua Google Firebase và Apple) có tên người gọi và tối đa 80 ký tự đầu của câu hỏi, để người nhận biết cuộc gọi về việc gì trước khi bắt máy. Ngoài các bên trên, chúng tôi chỉ cung cấp dữ liệu khi pháp luật yêu cầu.

5. Lưu trữ và bảo mật

Dữ liệu được lưu trên máy chủ do chúng tôi quản lý và truyền qua kết nối mã hoá (HTTPS). Trên điện thoại, thông tin đăng nhập nằm trong vùng lưu trữ bảo mật của hệ điều hành (Keychain trên iOS). Chúng tôi giữ dữ liệu trong thời gian tài khoản còn hoạt động và trong thời gian cần thiết cho các mục đích ở mục 3, hoặc lâu hơn khi pháp luật yêu cầu.

6. Quyền của bạn và xoá tài khoản

Bạn có quyền xem, sửa, yêu cầu xoá dữ liệu cá nhân, rút lại sự đồng ý và khiếu nại theo pháp luật Việt Nam về bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân. Để yêu cầu, hoặc để xoá tài khoản cùng dữ liệu gắn với tài khoản, gửi email tới admin@duynam.vn từ email hoặc số điện thoại đã đăng ký. Chúng tôi phản hồi trong vòng 72 giờ làm việc. Thông tin kỹ thuật đã được chuyên gia biên tập thành hướng dẫn chung (không còn gắn với tên bạn) có thể được giữ lại.

7. Trẻ em

DuyNam AI là công cụ làm việc cho người lao động, không dành cho người dưới 18 tuổi, và chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu của trẻ em.

8. Thay đổi chính sách và liên hệ

Khi chính sách thay đổi, chúng tôi cập nhật trang này và ngày hiệu lực ở đầu trang. Mọi câu hỏi xin gửi về Công ty TNHH Thương mại và Dịch vụ M&E Duy Nam qua admin@duynam.vn.

DuyNam AI is a technical support app published by Công ty TNHH Thương mại và Dịch vụ M&E Duy Nam ("we") for EV charging station technicians and our technical experts. Accounts are issued by us; the app has no self sign-up.

Data we collect: account details (name, phone number or email, employee code, hashed password); content you submit (text questions, photos you take or pick, voice clips recorded when you press the speak button or use hands-free voice mode, answer ratings, support tickets and fees); in-app call metadata and, when the call screen indicates recording, call recordings and transcripts; push notification tokens and OS type. We do not collect location, contacts or advertising identifiers, show no ads, do not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and do not sell data.

Permissions: microphone when you press the speak button, throughout hands-free voice mode (the microphone reopens after each answer until you leave that mode), and during a call; camera and photo library only when you choose to attach a photo; notifications for answers, incoming calls and tickets.

How we use it: to answer your technical questions (including reading answers aloud), connect you with experts by in-app calls and settle support fees, let experts improve the technical knowledge base from unanswered questions, secure your account, send notifications and provide support.

AI and third-party processors: answers are generated by AI and may be wrong — always follow electrical safety procedures. To provide the service we share data, only for the stated purpose, with: Anthropic, PBC (USA, Claude AI model — questions, attached photos and call transcripts, to generate answers and extract technical guidance); ElevenLabs (USA — voice clips and call recordings, for speech-to-text); Google LLC (USA — Cloud Text-to-Speech, Firebase Cloud Messaging); Apple Inc. (USA — Apple Push Notification service). Notifications about new answers and support tickets only signal that something new is waiting and carry no question or answer content; incoming-call notifications (via Google Firebase and Apple) include the caller's name and up to the first 80 characters of the question, so the recipient knows what the call is about before answering.

Storage and security: data is stored on servers we manage and sent over HTTPS; login credentials on the phone are kept in the OS secure storage (Keychain on iOS). We keep data while your account is active and as long as needed for the purposes above or required by law.

Your rights and account deletion: you may access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or request deletion of your account and its associated data by emailing admin@duynam.vn from your registered email or phone number. We respond within 72 business hours. Technical guidance that experts have edited into general, de-identified instructions may be kept.

Children: DuyNam AI is a work tool not intended for anyone under 18.
